   Provide overall management and leadership for an organization serving over 600 athletes per season – Spring/Summer and Fall – in the sports of baseball and softball.• Manage sponsorship relationships and opportunities, including the distribution and tracking of annual invoices, to help ensure adequate funding for league operations.• Coordinate facility planning and upgrades with local contractors, including obtaining initial evaluations and pricing, through the final stages of completion of such projects.• Manage the Concessions Manager and Head Groundskeeper and provide general support and assistance to both operations.• Ensure the successful completion of background checks and mandatory training, as required by Little League International, for over 200 volunteers on an annual basis.• In conjunction with the registrar, manage the league registration process, including the preparation of the registration system, invoicing and billing, and ensuring players are properly rostered.• Maintain and submit all employee paperwork, including new hire documentation and biweekly payroll hours.• Manage and track the fulfillment of the organization’s mandatory service requirements for families of all 600 players in each season.• In conjunction with the Treasurer and Board of Directors, assist with the development and maintenance of the annual budget.
