I work at the intersection of real estate development and construction across commercial projects in the Denver market.Over the past 11+ years, I’ve led preconstruction, estimating, and procurement on complex developments, helping teams move projects from early concept through buyout and into construction. Much of my work happens before ground is broken — aligning scope, budget, and schedule so projects start with a realistic and financially sound plan.My focus is the early stages of development: evaluating feasibility, validating budgets, and structuring procurement strategies that reduce risk and protect project capital.
