About Ryan Hatch

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas, where I earned a BBA in Marketing and Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. My heart lies in helping people discover Christ, grow in their faith, and experience the vibrant community and purpose that the Church is meant to embody. I’m driven by a love for storytelling and creativity - whether it’s crafting compelling visuals as a media creator or seeing others engage with God and the Church in new ways.During college, I gained diverse experience as Director of Marketing for the Student Government, an intern at Citywalk Church, and the worship team leader at Cross Church College. These roles sharpened my skills in social media strategy, project management, and leadership while deepening my passion for shepherding and serving others. I’m also an experienced photographer and videographer, with a desire to capture authentic moments in people’s lives, whether milestones or events.As I look ahead, I’m seeking opportunities to blend my creative gifts and organizational skills to serve churches, nonprofits, and international aid agencies. Whether in a creative, administrative, shepherding, or music-based capacity, I’m passionate about helping others experience the beauty of faith and community—and using every tool at my disposal to tell stories that inspire.
