Recommend, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that result in healthy enrollments within graduate programs• Develop and maintain a database of prospective students. Create and execute recruiting plans for each type of prospective student• Attend recruiting events and provide guidance to prospective students regarding Millsaps\' programs, scholarships and enrollment• Review applications and assist with admission and enrollment for graduate and continuing education programs• Design and implement programming that intentionally connects graduate programs with undergraduate programs and non-degree programs with degree programs• Procure and track student data and admission decisions in the appropriate systems• Extract and analyze graduate admission and enrollment data.
