Ensure strategy is in line with our plan, work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales. Create, prioritize, and record requirements that fulfill business goals and serve as a roadmap for product development. Work together with the technical and product teams to make sure that requirements are understood, tasks are given the proper priority, and development is proceeding as planned. Assess current product features and identify needs for new ones by working with sales and clients useability and whether it achieves the desired outcomes Establish and evaluate metrics to direct product development and produce quantifiable data to gauge success. Define prospects for going to market with cross-departmental teams while keeping a close eye on the competitive environment. Keep in touch with important partners and providers. Required to travel to assist with new project kickoffs.
