   Dec. 2022 - present Prime Video Sports - Sr. Software Development Engineer Led team in providing sports content worldwide. October 2020 - Dec. 2022 Courseware - Sr. Software Development Engineer Led an engineering team to creating a digital courseware platform that supported free AWS courses, paid third-party courses, and other internal+external training tools. June 2015 - Dec. 2022 Rentals Platform - Sr. Software Development Engineer Developed Logistics solutions for the Rentals Platform to optimize forward and reverse logistics including Procurement, Shipping, Grading, and Repair. Created overall architectures and designs for the Rentals Logistics systems. One project worked on during this time optimized our reverse logistics shipping saving approximately $3M in shipping costs to date. Led a team of engineers for the development of these systems. Pioneered the process for doing Oracle to PostgreSQL service migrations at Amazon using Amazon DMS and RDS. Developed tools, documentation, best practices and training videos used to enable other teams to do similar migrations on tight timelines. Worked with the core DBA teams to pilot new tools and security mechanisms for DB communications. Novemeber 2012 - June 2015 Content Platform - Software Development Engineer Developed an internal Content Management system for injesting, optimizing, and providing content to the Amazon Retail Website as well as Amazon subsidiary websites. Developed an internal webpage to allow non-technical users edit and manipulate content that would surface on the website. Optimized the content based on statistical methods to figure out which content was performing at what locations on the website and prioritizing the ones that generate the most revenue. Developed the system to select which content to show on the requested web page based on our optimizations and allow the customer to have a dynamic experience.
