With over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, my expertise is in completing complex commercial real estate projects including: • multiple parcel assemblage• user representation in a purchase or build-to-suit• repurposing buildings that may have functional or economic obsolescenceI advise both owners and tenants in the development or redevelopment of their real estate assets. I start by learning each client’s goals for their buildings or spaces, and I keep those goals top of mind throughout our engagement. I specialize in selling older, difficult, and often complicated office and industrial properties in the Omaha Metro area, and I am proud of the role I have played in helping bring new life to old, historical buildings. With an analytical mind and attention to detail, I strive to deliver for my clients. I represent them with a balance of getting the job done and fair terms and pricing. My experience in the roles of broker, property owner, and asset manager has helped shape my unique expertise. I grew up and attended school in Omaha, and have been involved in the community through volunteerism, and serving on nonprofit and corporate boards.
