an International Football Development Coach, you will be responsible for the holistic development of aspiring footballers aged 19–23 from across the globe who are enrolled in a part-time academic program alongside their football training. This unique dual-pathway environment requires a coach who not only delivers high-quality football training but also supports players in balancing academic commitments with athletic progression.Key Responsibilities:Technical & Tactical Development: Design and deliver structured, progressive training sessions that develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and game intelligence in line with modern football standards.Individual Player Development: Create and manage personalized development plans for each player, taking into account their strengths, areas for improvement, physical condition, and long-term goals.Match Preparation & Analysis: Prepare squads for competitive fixtures through tactical planning, video analysis, and opponent scouting. Provide post-match feedback and performance reviews.Mentorship & Support: Act as a mentor to student-athletes, providing guidance on time management, academic-athletic balance, and professional conduct on and off the pitch.Monitoring & Evaluation: Track player performance through regular assessments, fitness testing, video analysis, and performance data. Communicate progress to players and relevant stakeholders.Cultural & Academic Integration: Support international players in adjusting to new environments, cultures, and educational systems, promoting personal well-being and team cohesion.Collaboration: Work closely with academic coordinators, strength & conditioning coaches, medical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure a unified approach to player development.
