Fleet & Asset Manager at Ground Control LTD, Ground Control is a fast-growth external maintenance business and biodiversity expert committed to enhancing and improving the physical environment. At Ground Control I am manager of a team that is responsible for the Fleet & Assets of the business, Since working for GC I have overseen an expansion from 200 company vehicles to 700. With the company turnover growing from £60million to over £200million. As part of this I’ve been responsible for all vehicle and asset procurement and as such have overseen a transition of the company fleet from ICE Vehicles to Electric Vehicles, in which I’ve gained a superior understanding of what operation challenges and threats we can have to the business by making the transition to greener alternatives.
