While I take great pride that most of my business comes from repeat clients and referral business from people who know, like and trust me, I enjoy meeting new people and turning strangers into friends. I am that guy at the party who will make sure that everyone knows each other and that everyone feels included. Accurately pricing properties in all market conditions, maximizing a home\'s potential for value and strategically writing and presenting offers are my key skills although it is a passion for bringing people together that pulls me forward.
