Key accomplishments:** Sales and Marketing collaboration with three divisions: Club & Resort, Real Estate, and Construction to heighten the pace of residential sales in a community that is only 15% built out.** Hiring, training, and supervising eight department heads in rooms & group bookings, housekeeping, golf operations, food & beverage, membership, pools and recreational activities, accounting, groundskeeping, and landscaping.** Implementation of the 4 Disciplines of Execution - 4DX** Projected positive EBITDA in the first year of club operations** Implementation of a member survey and a member satisfaction benchmark - Net Promoter Score

With over 30 years of hospitality experience and 25 years of progressive leadership roles, I am a seasoned General Manager/COO. As a Quarter Century Member of the PGA and holding a CCM designation, I remain committed to lifelong learning and staying relevant with the ever-changing club industry. At The Wilderness Club & Resort in Northwest Montana, I have built a high performing team. Our goals include aligning the mission and vision for the property, achieving high member and associate satisfaction, and hitting our financial targets. The property is currently positioned in the top 5 golf courses you can play in Montana, and we have made significant strides in year one by improving the playability and agronomic conditions of the exceptionally designed Sir Nick Faldo golf course. Our club membership is growing, and we are transitioning from a semi-private club today to a fully private club in 2026. A new clubhouse is also nearing the start of construction, and I look forward to guiding that process to a successful opening in a few short years.Before my position at The Wilderness Club, I successfully led Berkeley Country Club (SF Bay Area) with its transition from third-party management to self-governance, hiring and empowering five department heads, creating and implementing operating and capital budgets, and establishing governance best practices. I have also propelled revenue growth, achieved financial success, increased catering sales, and enhanced member satisfaction by providing high-quality food, service, and programming. I am passionate about creating a collaborative culture, motivating and mentoring my staff, and working with the board of directors to align vision, take action, and achieve positive results.In the Bay Area, I also spent six and a half years as the General Manager/COO at Marin Country Club while working for Troon. My team and I were able to achieve the Highest Net Promoter Score for Member Satisfaction in the Troon Prive\' Division at the time.
