With over colleagues and growing, I am responsible for creating, cultivating, and delivering a dynamic and engaging learning experience that impacts every stage of our colleagues\' careers.Collaboration is key to success, and I work closely with our Leadership Teams, Talent Acquisition, DEI, and HR teams to drive initiatives and build programs that align with our company’s strategic goals and values. My experience spans across creating learning academies, integrating and implementing learning management systems (LMS), creating unique course curriculum, and ensuring it is implemented to develop and lead high-performing teams across the organization. Our Learning & Development team is at the forefront of cutting edge of technology and we use it to delivers innovative solutions to our colleagues.I\'m excited about the opportunity to continue building a culture of continuous learning at Convergint, where growth, development, and inclusion are at the core of everything we do.
