Ryan Werling is a senior executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across the White House, U.S. Army, defense industry, and healthcare sectors.A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Ryan began his career as an Army officer and went on to serve over 20 years in leadership and operational roles. In his final active-duty assignment, he served as Director of the White House Transportation Agency, where he led global transportation, logistics, and operational support for the President, Vice President, and White House staff in support of White House Military Office missions worldwide.Following his active duty military career, Ryan transitioned to the private sector and served as President and CEO of Mack Defense, a subsidiary of Mack Trucks, where he led the company’s defense business, strategic growth, and operations, and served on the Board of Directors.He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AblePay Health, where he focuses on strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and helping employers and health systems reduce healthcare costs for employees and patients.Throughout his career, Ryan has led organizations, built high-performing teams, and managed complex operations in government, military, defense, and healthcare industries. His leadership experience spans operations, logistics, executive management, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth.He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (4 awards), Presidential Service Badge, and the Combat Action Badge.Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, refereeing youth basketball, and trail running.
