About Ryan Warns
Experienced Systems-level Engineer with subject matter expertise in adversary emulation, CNO development, reverse engineering and malware analysis, and binary exploitation with a proven track record for designing innovative solutions focused on operationalizing threat intelligence and cybersecurity data.I started my career by focusing on some of the hardest problems in CNO development, specializing in reverse engineering, Windows kernel development, and vulnerability research. Eventually I moved to the commercial space where I focused on applying those skillsets to help red and blue teams better operationalize threat intelligence.Having seen the same problems (inaccessible data, silos across teams, difficulty understanding impact of CTI, no collaboration, etc.) pop up across government and commercial teams, I helped found Outcome Security where we\'re focused on making CTI data easier to use and understand.
