Facilities and Support Services Manager @The Bridge Project Bradford

In my current role as Facilities and Support Services Manager at Bridge, I’m responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety across the organisation — covering the Bridge Project, our leased properties, and our housing provision.Alongside this, I also lead the IT function and drive Information Governance, ensuring our systems and data management support the vital work we do every day. This blend of digital strategy and operational leadership allows me to create environments that are both safe and smart.My real passion, though, lies in my work with Bridge Recovery Homes. I have a deep interest in property — from design and compliance to renovation and purpose. I’ve successfully converted a four-bedroom house into a Recovery HMO and am currently developing a smaller property for young people to support their recovery journey.Day to day, I oversee property audits, voids, refurbishments, and maintenance, and I also manage three commercial properties that form part of Bradford’s drug and alcohol treatment provision.For me, this role brings together everything I value — safety, structure, innovation, and compassion — all aimed at creating spaces where people can rebuild and thrive.
