I have supervisory and management responsibility over the Chapter Support and Chapter Enhancement departments, which currently includes 12 employees. The Fraternity introduced its regional chapter support program in 2016 as a pilot test and is entering its sixth year of supporting the organization’s chapters and volunteers. The Fraternity will pilot test its new Chapter Enhancement team during the 2022 to 2023 academic year with the design for expansion of the department if the pilot tests are seen as successful.
