As a manager at Qualtrics, I work directly with our largest customers to provide technologies and solutions to huge business needs in the Experience Management (XM) category. In addition, I drive incubation projects that deliver specific functionality for partner industries; giving them the power of a configurable platform with specific components designed to make life easier for their use cases. Two we have recently delivered are our Health Connect tool, connecting EHR systems to Qualtrics, and our Course Evaluations tool, which dramatically reduces the amount of time Higher Ed administrators spent getting feedback from students. My personal philosophy as a manager is driven by a player/coach model. I empower my team to go do their best work, provide coaching and feedback, and opportunities for growth and improvement. I guide the team on what to execute on and why, and give them the skills they need to deliver.Qualtrics is the market leader in XM tools, so it\'s critical we provide customers a great experience with our tools as well.
