Ryan leads operations across the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor’s six statewide offices, advancing efficiency, alignment, and organizational performance. With leadership experience spanning both public and private sectors, he brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, operational strategy, strategic logistics, and stakeholder engagement.As Chair of the Agency’s Risk Committee, Ryan directs the review and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and internal controls—ensuring accountability, resilience, and operational excellence. He helps foster a mission-driven culture grounded in empathy, authenticity, and energy, empowering teams to perform at their highest level while strengthening public service outcomes.Ryan maintains a strong interest in American politics, global financial markets, and international sports, with a particular passion for competitive golf. He has competed in amateur tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. A lifelong advocate for food allergy research and education, he brings personal commitment and perspective to advancing awareness and supporting affected families.
