Serve as founding co executive director of I3SC. Proposed and created the I3SC with USU colleagues through the Deep Technology Talent Initiative, sponsored by the Utah State Legislature. Awarded grant of more than $5 million over three years to support I3SC activities, including development of new degree programs, creation of new labs and centers, student scholarships and experiential learning activities, and symposia and speaker events. Co-direct all facets of the I3SC, to include promotional activities, events, fundraising, social media, outreach, oversight of grant requirements, strategy, etc. Oversee the Open Source Intelligence Center, Emerging Technology Policy Laboratory, and Secure Computing and Cybersecurity Laboratory at Utah Valley University. Developing degree programs and courses in Intelligence, Emerging Technology and National Security, Artificial Intelligence, Secure Computing, and National Security and Geospatial Intelligence.
