The question that launched trevato wasn’t revolutionary - it was painfully simple:“What’s the real impact of training?”I spent four years at a global corporation leading learning measurement and analytics for our global sales training programs. And despite the best intentions, the work was slow, manual, and hard to scale. But when we started showing credible impact data on behavior change, performance, and business outcomes, everything shifted.Our team went from being seen as a support function to a strategic partner. That change in perception opened my eyes.Across the industry, I saw the same pattern: L&D teams doing important work with no time, no tools, and no way to prove their value. Even worse, so much training value was being lost in the gap between learning and application. And no one seemed to be talking about it.In August 2022, I left my corporate job and started trevato. My goal wasn’t to create another dashboard. It was to solve a 20-year-old problem that no one had cracked: how to measure the transfer and impact of learning in a way that’s smart, scalable, and automated.Today, trevato helps organizations like adidas, Rimowa, and Leica close that gap. We’ve built a platform that combines user-friendliness, automation, and evidence-based frameworks to finally answer the question that started it all. We’re not just helping teams track training.
