I am the co-owner & operator of Diner Deluxe restaurants in Calgary, AB & Kelowna, BC. Diner Deluxe was established in 2001 as a retro breakfast restaurant with a focus on unique breakfast items & homemade comfort food created from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. We care deeply about guest experience and the craft of hospitality through connected, meaningful service. Currently Diner Deluxe is opening, expanding & designing new locations. Our newest in the Calgary community of Marda Loop opened its doors November 2022. I am focused daily on business strategy & optimization in addition to staff & menu development. From the beginning of my journey in this industry 25 years ago I continue to maintain my passion for service, teamwork and dedicated learning.
