Recruited as a Senior Project Manager, potential spotted early subsequently promoted • Parachuted in to a struggling Global WAN transformation project for Jaguar Landrover, turned the project around with greater control, improved governance and efficiencies. Transformed the customer satisfaction and instilled confidence in our ability to deliver, reporting into the deputy CIO • Successfully negotiated a new logo win for Imperial Tobacco (TCV £11m) alongside the Sales team, currently delivering the highly successful project, setting a new benchmark within our region for delivery, reporting & project documentation which is now being used across all new projects • Imperial project has been nominated for two internal awards, due to its continued success, beating forecasted revenue expectations by 65% in H1 2018 • Instrumental in up-selling MLAN & SIAM to Imperial Tobacco and increasing the Hybrid Network scope • Promoted to Project Director and serve as a coach and mentor for the regional delivery team • Attended multiple Agile training sessions, I am now an Agile Advisor for the UK and the Agile PMO for the region • Serve as the delivery team SIAM champion for the region
