   Managing end-to-end physical trade operations for a MT/month South African thermal coal book at one of the world\'s largest commodity trading houses. Responsible for vessel nominations, cargo documentation, LC compliance, invoice reconciliation and daily trader-facing reporting across South Africa, Europe and Asia time zones. Completed a secondment to South Africa with direct exposure to mining operations and RBCT terminal. Built Python and VBA automation tools reclaiming ~750 hours annually across the operations team.
