   In my role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of a $3.5 billion wealth management firm with over 90 employees, I am responsible for the following areas- Development of overall firm strategy and organizational structure - Management of internal partners and key external partner relationships - Oversight of 7 advisory teams which consist of 30 advisors plus support staff - Oversight of professional support teams, including financial planning, investment management, tax, and family accounting teams - Oversight of firm-wide business development and sales - Oversight of firm finance and strategic planning, including compensation decisions, budgeting, pricing decisions, and P&L management - Oversight of merger and acquisition activities including prospecting, deal term negotiations, and due diligence - Responsible for facilitating hiring, promotions, terminations, and performance management for employees across the firm I also am a member of the firm\'s five person Executive Leadership Team and I am a member of the Board of Directors for the firm.
