I am an applied sports scientist with a strength and conditioning practitioner background. I am passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals through supporting their preparation with practice-based evidence and data-informed decision-making. I wholeheartedly believe in educating and empowering the athlete through a player-centric model with a holistic approach involving trans-disciplinary collaboration and am continuously working towards finding simple solutions to complex problems within the context of elite sport.
