Responsible for day-to-day management of technical regulatory licensing matters for Lockheed Martin Corporation, with an emphasis on caseload management in spectrum and aviation. Manage the company\'s U.S. licensing portfolio to secure timely delivery of authorizations and waivers to support internal operations, R&D, technology demonstrations, and contract requirements.* Interface directly with the business units and program offices to understand current and future Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) licensing requirements, including implications of policy and regulatory changes affecting company’s licensing activities.* Play pivotal role in the development, coordination, and implementation of technical regulatory strategies, including supporting and advising internal customers on regulatory processes and requirements and communicating directly with FCC, FAA, and other U.S. Government stakeholders (NTIA, Air Force, Navy, Army) to successfully obtain spectrum and aviation authorizations in required timeframes.* Report directly to senior and executive leadership regarding advancement of technical regulatory requirements and telecommunications and aviation policy matters of interest or consequence to the company.* Collaborate closely with legislative team on the development and execution of Hill advocacy, including providing briefings to relevant member and committee offices.* Interface directly with leadership on management of trade associations activities and developing internal and external budget projections.* Currently serving as an at-large representative of the Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations Inclusion Council
