ABOUT RYAN SWAN
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in multi-discipline project and contract management, construction/civil site management and civil and structural design.In my career to date, I have been fortunate that the roles I have held have afforded me a broad range of experiences; particularly as this relates to the design, construction and delivery of public infrastructure. Through these experiences, I consider that team leadership, communication, problem solving and an ability to engage and influence at all levels to be my key strengths. I have demonstrable experience in the improvement of processes and team dynamics to the overall betterment of project and commercial performance. I am actively involved with the Aberdeen Association of Civil Engineers (who act as the regional branch of the Institution of Civil Engineers) where I currently hold the role of Dinner Secretary. I endeavour to be involved in projects that I believe can positively affect the lives of those around us.
