Assist office attorneys in Environmental, Real Estate, and some Corporate Law- Draft legal documents/pleadings (motions, notices, complaints, demands etc.) pertaining to specific cases to file with the courts- Assist with all phases of real estate closings (both residential and commercial) by drafting documents (P&S Agreements, Deeds, POAs etc.), obtaining tax and title-specific information, communicating with clients/brokers/opposing counsel, recording with the Registry of Deeds, and ensuring the accurate transfer of funds to/from all parties involved in each transaction- Conduct daily outreach to clients via mail and email in order to provide updates and obtain information/details regarding their legal matters handled by the firm- Review and revise Environmental Site Assessments through direct work with the attorneys, consultants and LSPs during the due diligence process- Corporate filings with the Secretary of State’s Corporations division to authorize LLCs to conduct business and transfer properties within the state- Manage the accountings for multiple attorneys- timekeeping, opening new matters, and generating invoices to send out to clients monthly.
