I have a wealth of experience managing a wide variety of retail fitouts ranging from offices, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and petrol forecourts including an extensive range of food to go brands, including; ASDA, Co-op, Iceland, Subway, Leon, Pizza Hut, Sbarro, Cooplands, Chaiiwala, Cinnabon, Pret a Manger & Spud Bros I currently oversee all fitout work for The Jordan Groups key accounts which includes new to industry property and re development of their nationwide estateMy current duties involve: • Overseeing a wide variety of Cat A&B fit outs, taking a shell / core new build projects through to completion including M&E & HVAC.• Collaborating with sales representatives and in house design teams to ensure accurate drawings are produced that reflect site and client requirements.• Producing project programmes and working with clients, architects, contractors and installation teams to meet deadlines• Negotiating with a wide variety of clients, external consultants and subcontractors up to director level • Planning and implementing detailed schedule of works for each project • Producing detailed material take offs from drawings and arranging the delivery and installation of bespoke retail joinery• Utilising my extensive stakeholder management skills both in house and client facing • Scheduling and overseeing third party contractors including plumbers, tillers, floor layers and suspended ceiling fitters• Keeping in regular dialog with suppliers, fabricators and joinery manufacturers to ensure all materials required for the project are delivered accurately and on time• Attending nationwide client and site meetings as and when required • Submitting Risk Assessments and Method Statements as appropriate • Overseeing & submitting accurate and competitive tender packages
