Serves as key State official and principal advisor on all aspects of Federal and State contracting processes to the Property and Fiscal Officer (CFO) and Adjutant General for Washington (CEO). Manages and supervises contracting professionals across three geographically unique offices. Directly oversees up to $600M in contracting activities annually to include information technology, equipment, supplies, services, commodities, logistics, construction, architecture and engineering. Spearheads strategic sourcing initiatives to effectively balance cost savings and quality with State and Federal directives.
