Drive recruitment objectives by sourcing, screening, dispositioning, interviewing, offering, and hiring skilled applicants for positions throughout the organization. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that tactical recruitment processes are continuously improved, with a particular emphasis on nationwide recruiting to meet the labor needs of Wells Enterprises sites across the US.\\\\n• Responsible for full utilization and maintenance of applicant tracking system including posting open positions, maintaining status of requisitions and handling candidate flow from point of application to final disposition.\\\\n• Develop, implement, and measure recruitment marketing campaigns.\\\\n• Implements recruitment process by identifying innovative sources of talent. Attracts talent by building internal and external professional relationships, initiating continuous networking efforts.\\\\n• Leads coordination of and participates in mass recruiting activities such as career fairs, community events and out of market recruitment. Develops relationships with educational institutions from middle school through tech schools and sits on advisory boards that guide program development to match Wells operation’s needs.\\\\n• Collaborates with hiring managers, leaders, and business partners by understanding job qualifications/requirements and overall talent needs. Directly supports the hiring managers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring internal and external talent. Coordinates travel and interview schedules.\\\\n• Lead ever-evolving talent acquisition hiring demand and growth strategy across digital platforms (e.g, Inclusion & Diversity, Advisory, Global Solution Areas, etc.).\\\\n• Updates applicant tracking system in real time.
