I use a human-centred approach in my art therapy practice with children, adolescents and families. Integrating art to help facilitate connection with the body, create awareness of feelings, and help clients name those feelings as they come up. Using various media and art interventions to allow for open narrative, creative exploration, and support through the creative process. I am currently seeing one-on-one clients, as well as co-facilitating art therapy groups.
