Recruitment- Manage the full Recruitment cycle for all roles within the business, Accountancy/Internal Finance and In-House Support and provide Client Services- Recruiting for all levels of Accountancy/Tax/Audit/Corporate Finance from Entry Level to Partner- Partner with Heads of Department to understand resourcing needs and build a strong talent pipeline- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns: advertising, CV screening, first-stage interviews, and shortlisting quality candidates- Lead graduate recruitment: advertising, screening, coordinating assessment centres, conducting phone screens, administering testing, and shortlisting- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.HR Support & Administration- Draft contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including documentation and system setup- Deliver HR inductions and ensure a positive new starter experience- Support the delivery of a high-performance culture emphasising collaboration, innovation- Assist with the implementation and management of the new HR system to improve efficiency and analytics- Assist with the accreditation and CPD processes ensuring up-to-date training records for all employees.
