My role involves working with entrepreneurs, owner-managers, large corporates, management teams and private equity on a wide range of corporate transactions. My primary focus is in selling privately owned businesses, usually with a value of between £10m and £50m, to trade and private equity acquirers.My sector focus is within the Business Support Services and Industrials markets, with a particular focus on Energy Services and Tech-enabled Services markets. However I have a wide range of transaction experience and have advised on transactions across Consumer, TMT, Industrials and Healthcare sectors.We launched our boutique in 2023 with the aim to become a challenger to more established firms moving up market and away from the core SME and OMB space, providing senior-led and delivered high-quality commercial corporate finance advice. We work closely with our clients and become trusted advisors throughout and post processes and are extremely well thought of and respected by our previous and current clients helping them achieve life goals and transformational deals.
