ABOUT RYAN SCHRAMM
I empower healthcare facilities teams to reimagine what is possible by transforming their CMMS into a strategic, frontline driven asset. My work centers on a simple philosophy: align systems with reality, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and give teams the tools and data they need to make informed decisions with confidence. As the Enterprise CMMS Architect and Alignment Strategist at Banner Health, I lead the design, governance, and optimization of the enterprise wide CMMS ecosystem. From data architecture and naming conventions to risk model development, regulatory alignment, mobile deployment, workforce qualification pathways, and space governance process, I bring clarity and structure to some of healthcare’s most complex operational challenges.I am also the Co-Founder of FM Reimagined, where organizations across healthcare and mission critical environments rely on my expertise to repair, align, or rebuild their CMMS frameworks. Whether the need involves CMMS recovery, data standardization, asset risk modeling, or workflow redesign, my approach is intentional and frontline first. The focus is always on simplifying processes while improving reliability, compliance, and performance. In addition, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert with Legacy FM, contributing to national training programs, curriculum modernization, and the advancement of MECH and CMMS education. Their trust reflects the practical, intuitive, and technically grounded methods I bring to every engagement.Across all roles, I am known as a rogue disruptor. I challenge outdated norms, champion frontline content experts, and promote Patient Centered Maintenance as the foundation for sustainable, risk based asset management. My work bridges the gap between database design and real world operations, ensuring that technology serves people rather than people serving technology.I also contribute nationally through ASHE, including leadership roles within the Operational Optimization Statement Definition Task Force and the Member Tools Committee, helping to shape the future of healthcare facilities management. What I believe• The CMMS should reduce burden, not add it• Risk models must reflect real operational impact, not theory• Standardization is valuable but alignment is essential• Sustainable improvement comes from small, strategic changes made consistently over timeCertifications: FASHE, CHFM, CHC, MECH
