My position includes but is not limited to leasing, purchasing, selling and management of all Lamar properties and routinely search for any potential new billboard sites in a manner consistent with Lamar’s best business practices.A big part of my job here is direct negotiation of the lease contract portfolio in KY/Southern Indiana. In addition, keeping the structures safe and presentable is a top priority.I maintain an abstract of all roadways and interstates within the market area This abstract includes the identification and documentation of any properties that meet the criteria for permitting as required by the appropriate jurisdiction. In turn, I evaluate the distribution and potential revenue growth of the inventory, and consider all options to relocate/remove those units not producing.
