I work with software engineers, firmware engineers, electrical and mechatronics engineers, designers, data scientists and other key internal/external stakeholders to gather all the necessary requirements to complete the task at hand. Serving as the voice of the customer/stakeholder, I am responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of the delivery process. I have obtained a solid grasp of end to end IoT product development (hardware, firmware, cloud software), on data-based interfaces, data integration methods, SaaS solutions, CRM and Agile principles, to deliver the highest-quality of services to our clients.
