ABOUT RYAN S.
Ryan is a Senior Manager in the Consulting Service Line within Deloitte. Since August 2018 Ryan has been aligned to the HR Applications team and is certified in Workday Core HCM, Workday Compensation, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Absence, Workday People Experience and Workday Engagement Management.Prior to this, Ryan was a pension systems consultant in Deloitte Total Reward & Benefits; a different team within Human Capital at Deloitte. There he specialised in pensions data analysis and rectification as well as reporting on pension scheme data quality. Ryan has also been involved in data transition audit projects and providing due diligence on pension system software selection.Ryan graduated from Queens University Belfast with a degree in Computing and Information Technology and has previously worked for the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency as part of their network administration team.After graduating in July 2011 he joined Spence & Partners Ltd in Belfast. As a member of the Business Analysis team, Ryan dealt with pensions data management and analysis, as well as developing internal information systems and tools.
