About Ryan Rotsching
As a fast-learning and innovative mechanical engineer from the University of Dayton, I strive to improve the railroad industry by manufacturing better, more reliable railroad locomotives. I constantly seek ways to grow and learn more, whether it be new classes, home projects, or push projects on the shop floor. I take my education and growth into my own hands and always seek feedback. Currently, I work as a part of the LEAD Engineering Program at Wabtec - a 2-year rotational program, previously the Edison Program from GE Aerospace, that exposes young graduates to numerous roles throughout a large manufacturing company. The wide exposure not only allows the program member to forge their career, but gains invaluable knowledge across the whole company.
