I am passionate about implementing and supporting new technologies to help others work more efficiently and to help enhance both the Cast and Guest experience at Walt Disney World Resort. I currently support Food & Beverage operations as a Guest Experience Manager at Disney\'s Wilderness Lodge; leading and empowering a team of 140 Cast Members to ensure high Guest satisfaction with their Disney Resort experience. Here I have been able to support the development, implementation and sustainment of various tools and technology systems, allowing our leadership team and Cast to be able to be more efficient in their role.
