I am a catalyst of change with a balanced and strategic approach, grounded in my MBA from Carlson School of Management and over 20 years of experience in high-stakes, high-pressure operations. I’ve spearheaded successful operations, training, international relations, and policy development for more than Minnesota National Guard soldiers and coordinated engagements in 9 countries. I’ve managed operations for teams in the thousands through domestic and global missions. A leader to my core, I champion my team and lead by example to drive results and facilitate growth. During my employment with the Minnesota National Guard, I’ve been consistently recognized in the top tier of my peer group for performance, professionalism, and ability and interest in solving the most difficult challenges.
