When I got my first pair of glasses, it (pun entirely intended) opened my eyes. Suddenly the world was sharper, clearer, and full of details I didn\'t even realize were missing. That moment sparked a fascination with vision care that eventually grew into a career dedicated to helping others see and be their best.My background spans account management, clinical training, patient care, team leadership and development, and business operations, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what it takes for teams and practices to succeed. What I care about most is people. I believe in empathy-driven leadership with a love for coaching and developing peers, teams, and individuals build confidence in their skills and grow into their potential. I also believe great performance comes from great culture. I\'m passionate about bringing energy, positivity, and a little fun into the workplace to create environments where people feel supported, motivated, and excited to do their best work.
