About Ryan Riley

Ryan Riley is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Statistics and a minor in Economics. He is currently working as an actuarial analyst at Lincoln Financial Group in Boston, MA. He spent 4 years working within the Life Insurance business in model governance and pricing roles. He has since spent the last year working on the FP & A team within the Annuity business, expanding his product knowledge and actuarial acumen in his fifth year with Lincoln. Although Ryan is interested in and has spent the entirety of his tenure in the life and annuities businesses, he has not shut the door on pursuing opportunities within the group, reinsurance, or retirement spaces. He is also not opposed to exploring some of the non-traditional actuarial roles within consulting, quantitative analysis, banking, or finance. He is currently pursuing his ASA, and upon completion will immediately start the pursuit of his FSA. As of now, he is considering the Quantitative Finance and Investment track, the Corporate Finance and ERM track, or the Individual Life and Annuities track within the FSA designation.
