Experience at starting programs from the ground up and improving programs already in place with NAVSEA and command recognized excellence. Well versed in running multi-rated divisions of 30+ personnel meeting 24/7 worldwide deployable schedules across multi-service and civilian commands. Hard charging and capable of excelling in any situation to meet dead lines on or ahead of schedule.
