Write SOP\'s and do Risk Assessments for all new processes and tools implemented with specific departments. Researched new in-house manufacturing process for purchased components- Revamped all BOMs to become single level work orders to reduce amount of time needed to create and close sub work orders in SAP system. Eliminated nonvalue-added travel. Reduced overall design and turnaround times to reclaim $1.2M per year across multiple departments- Implemented Safety process of keeping the floor clear of all debris that could cause slip, trips and falls- Reduced overall tooling cost by by implementing tooling shadow boards and daily checklists- Implemented video capture instead of individual picture taking and naming for Ship-With department to reduce non-value add processes reclaiming 75 hours per week.
