About Ryan Raedisch
Team lead responsible for majority of our capital improvement projects nationwide. Managed a team of 6 prior to 2020 and currently responsible for rebuilding the team while personally managing over 20 projects with a cumulative value of over $100MM. I have extensive knowledge in construction management of all product types and continue to develop in my personnel managerial skills. I focus on schedule and budget but consider design intent and operations when making decisions. My primary focus is on my family, but stay driven in my profession. Previous Employment Projects include-$16m SF Data Center Ground Up -$13m Low Voltage Scope management as a GC plus 2 MERs, 20 TRs, and various security and telco closet build outs to meet a one of a kind aggressive schedule -$2.2m Data Center build out -$1.5m Fiber cable installation -$7.3m 6 dormatory renovations -over 100 renovation projects completed including medical, office, retail, industrial, and residential.
