At Vans I turned surf — an $8M internal category — into 10% of a $1B company. At Stance I joined early and helped scale from $3M to $100M+, owning every major collaboration the brand did along the way. At Rooster Teeth I took the lifestyle brand playbook and applied it to YouTube IP before that was a recognized strategy. At Night Media I built Feastables from a blank page — product, sourcing, brand identity, manufacturing, logistics, and launch — and it became one of the most successful CPG debuts in creator economy history. I then co-founded Por Osos Vodka with Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer, raised $8M, and built it into a brand now distributed across accounts in 20 states. What I\'ve learned across all of it: the best companies aren\'t built by chasing markets. They\'re built by understanding people — what they believe in, what they aspire to, and what they\'ll be loyal to — and then building something that earns that loyalty before anyone else does.
