During my three years of experience, I have refined my interpersonal skills through practicing collaborative problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and leadership. I have developed technical skills through coordinating work safely, executing demanding project schedules, mitigating cost exposure, competency in cloud-based construction softwares, and implementing QA/QC processes.My work ethic and my willingness to learn are my greatest skills. I am adaptable and can think calmly in high-pressure situations.
