   As the COO of Premier Companies, my primary responsibility is to oversee the different divisions of the company through regular meetings and feedback on financials, customer satisfaction, and promotion of our strategic vision. I am responsible for promoting our core values of integrity, innovation, and customer-focused service to ensure that we deliver on our promises and maintain our position as leaders in the agriculture and energy industries. Premier Companies is a farmer-owned cooperative that produces food, fuel, fiber, and feed for the country and the world. Our focus is on liquid fuel and propane, agronomy grain, seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, swine production, and energy retail stations. Our goal is to be at the forefront of innovation, bringing the newest and latest technologies to our customers that wouldn\'t normally be available for years to come. What truly drives me in this role is the promotion of the cooperative business model and how it benefits the community and employees. I am passionate about the story of the co-op system and how it has brought up communities throughout the years. I believe that by upholding our business vision and values, we can make a positive impact in the world and extend the co-op business model to others who can benefit from it.
