Manage all steps from initial analysis of development and change management needs to the final post-implementation assessment- Evaluate programs for effectiveness, organizational alignment, and performance impact through dynamic feedback mechanisms. Findings feed strategy to drive continuous improvements, notably 4 year eNPS improvement from -33 to 11- Cultivate and develop strong external partnerships with CCWP, Go1, academic and professional institutions, vendors, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to design effective technical training material and delivery mechanisms, which include job aids, instructor-led sessions, and train-the-trainers, both virtual and in-person- Continually raise the bar for my direct reports emphasizing coaching, development opportunities, inclusion, collaboration, and creativity- Evolve learning environments from traditional to virtual and hybrid while maintaining high level of service and quality.
